This strand changes in size as it changes in color. It starts white Akoya at the center front and at the clasp, then deepens to dark Tahitian along one side and to golden South Sea along the other, with the pearls growing from about 7.1mm to 10.8mm as the color deepens. The strand is 24 inches long.
Four Seasons is our English name for Shikisai (四季彩), the name Pearl Science Laboratory (PSL) in Tokyo prints on the certificate. It means the colors of the four seasons. All of the color is natural: PSL's report identifies the pearl types, finds no trace of dye and confirms the color comes from the oyster.
The certificate pictured is a sample. This strand ships with its own PSL certificate, and its size and readings may differ from the one shown.
